Design through lateral thinking

I have often crossed paths with passionate, innovative, and dedicated persons and groups who understand the dire need for collective change to make a meaningful positive impact. Working with individual artists, non-profits, businesses, and institutions have allowed me to understand the power of collaboration. My roots in visual arts and architecture has also led to projects and commissions of a variety of mediums and scales.

Expanded Portfolio Coming Soon

I am also part of Axis Lab

As an interdisciplinary creative studio, our mission is to advocate for equitable development in the Asian community in the historic Argyle corridor through the lenses of art, food, and design.

Our projects are grassroots-based, from curating locally themed pop-up events, assembling a community cookbook/archive project, and facilitating art workshops, such as our most recent Scents of Home.

Scents of Home: Sensorial workshop involving scent of foods in the Vietnamese American diaspora — featured at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago
